We operate as a marketing and referral website for Edmonton, Alberta. Our free service helps property owners connect with independent local contractors who quote, schedule and complete demolition work. Using the site costs you nothing, and no purchase follows from an enquiry.
Enquiries cover house teardown, interior strip-out, commercial clearing, concrete and foundation removal, and lot preparation. A contractor confirms what your project needs before any work is booked.
Our role and independent contractors
Our team is a marketing and referral website. We do not perform, supervise, inspect or manage demolition work, and we do not warrant or guarantee any contractor's services, workmanship or pricing.
Contractors operate independently and set their own methods, quotes and timelines. Before you hire, confirm the contractor's licence, insurance, WCB coverage and suitability for your project, then read their written quote and terms closely.
Verify project responsibilities directly with the contractor, including permit applications through City of Edmonton, gas disconnection with ATCO Gas, power arrangements with EPCOR, and underground locates through Utility Safety Partners. You then move ahead with confirmed facts in hand.
Quotes, payment and cancellation
Quotes and pricing come from the contractor, not from this website. Ask for removal, disposal and backfill scope in writing, so you can compare options and see the full picture before agreeing.
Payment terms, deposits and cancellation windows are set by the contractor and confirmed before work starts. Keep a copy of the accepted quote and note any deposit or notice period it sets out.

Liability, warranty and governing law
